1. Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Zen: Daily Affirmations.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the App, you can ask us to delete your account by email:

1. Send an email to contact@dimas-software.com with the subject “Delete my Zen account”.
2. Include the email address linked to your account (the one you use with Google or Apple sign-in) or your user ID. You can find your user ID in the App under Profile → Settings.
3. We may ask you to confirm that the account belongs to you before deleting it. We will then delete it and confirm by email.

3. What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the following within 30 days:

• Your account
• Your profile and onboarding answers
• Your custom affirmations
• Your favourites
• Your viewing history
• Your reminders
• Your streaks

4. What May Be Kept

• Purchase and transaction records: kept for as long as required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules) or by Apple and Google.
• Analytics and crash data: held by our service providers (such as PostHog and Firebase Crashlytics) for their standard retention periods.
• Backups: may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.

5. Your Subscription

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (App Store subscriptions).
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Google Play subscriptions).
